Being in the industry for over a decade has enabled Advanced World Systems to accumulate abundant work experience and develop strong relationship with key Japanese clients and developers.

Multi-location development is a strong advantage of Advanced World Systems. Inasmuch as development activities are mostly done offshore, if necessary, we also designate key engineers to stay at customer site to do Project Leader functions. Having Japan as major client, all engineers and staff are trained to undergo Nihongo education. 95% of our engineers have certification of Standard Japanese Language Proficiency Exam, of which 60% has level 3 or above.

In the Philippines, Advanced World Systems is one of the first companies to be accredited ISO9001:2000 (by BVQi, internationally-recognized accreditation institution). In January 2006, Advanced World Systems has started its initiatives towards CMMI appraisal targeting Level 3.

Advanced World Systems’ in-house training center, ACTION ( AWS’s Center for Technology IncubatiON) provides variety of training programs such as 5 month intensive training of fresh graduates, intermediate engineers training, Nihongo training and business skills training.

Advanced World Systems believes that communication access between our engineers and clients should always be available, for smooth development. Thus, huge amounts have been invested in the form of dedicated leased lines between offices, GroupWare tools for data exchange, and security firewalls for data reliability.

We believe that customer care and support maintenance are important aspects in any business relationship. We have a Japan Project Office since 2002 in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Japanese personnel, as well as competent Japanese-speaking Filipino managers, are always there to support the needs of the clientele.
