January 2009AWS Group achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2005 - the international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) certification.
June 2008AWS opens a new office in Osaka for business expansion and more efficient marketing activities in western Japan.
February 2008 AWS wins again at the e-Services Philippines 2008 Awards. The “ATM Systems Development Project for a Major Bank in Japan” of AWS emerged as the Winner for the “Outstanding Client Application of the Year” category under the Software Development & Maintenance Sector.
March 2007TRS joined the AWS Group to strengthen Engineering Services.
AWS became independent from the WCL Group.
February 2007AWS wins 3 Grand Prize Awards at the e-Services Philippines 2007. The Company won the Most Creative Application of the Year for its “High Definition Clip Station”, the Offshore Project of the Year for the “Manufacturing System Development Project for SCM, Inc.”, and finally, the “AWS Center for Technology Incubation (ACTION)” took home the Outstanding Company Program.
August 2006Company name is changed to Advanced World Systems, Inc. The Makati office, which focuses on business applications development, was established as a separate company, named as Advanced World Solutions, Inc.
December 2005Establishment of Japan Company AWS, Inc.
July 2003 Selected as one of the Philippine representatives for the Software
Development Expo & Conference in Tokyo 2003.
April 2003 Establishment and inauguration of the Company's TrainingCenter, AWS' Center for Technology Incubation (ACTION).
February 2003Establishment of Makati Extension office.Multi-Monitor Control Panel (MMCP), was awarded as Grand Prize Winner under the e-Business Solutions Category of Best Product and Service Award Contest at e-Service Philippines 2003.
December 2002 Selected as one of the representatives of the Philippine IT industry
in the 1st Philippine e-Services Exhibition in Japan, held together with
the state visit of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to Japan.
July 2002 ISO 9001:2000 Certification was awarded to Alabang and Cebu offices.
January 2002 Changed company name to ADTX Systems, Inc. and expanded business areas to:

December 2001Company ownership was transferred from Advanced Peripherals Technologies, Inc. (APTi) to a new company.
September 1998One of only 3 companies in Philippines visited by Japanese Ambassador to Philippines.
June 1998 5th Year Anniversary was celebrated with newly-elected Vice-President of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, as Guest of Honor.

March 1998 Head Office was transferred from Makati to Alabang.
March 1997 Inauguration of 1st subsidiary Alsons/APTi Information Systems, Inc. (AAISI), a joint venture company with the Alcantara Group (Alsons), one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines.

AAISI's main business is Systems Integration for Philippine-based companies.
February 1996 Head Office was transferred from Laguna to Makati.
December 1995 Business registration was changed from PEZA to BOI (Board of Investments).
October 1995 Cebu Extension Office was established.
June 1993 Company was formally established and started commercial operations in Laguna under PEZA (Philippine Export-Zone Authority) registration as APTi-Philippines, Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary of Advanced Peripherals Technologies Inc. (APTi) of Japan. Main business was development of firmware, microcode, device drivers and software utilities for workstation printers and related peripherals.
April 1992 Started pre-operation preparation in Philippines.
