Multi-location development is another strong advantage of Advanced World Systems. Inasmuch as development activities are mostly done offshore, if necessary, we also designate key engineers to stay at the customer site to do Project Leader functions. Development environment and documents are standardized to ensure smooth communication across multiple development sites.

Since our major customers are Japanese companies, all employees of Advanced World Systems undergo Nihongo training. 99% of our engineers are certified with the Standard Japanese Language Proficiency Exam, of which 76% has level 3 and 21% has level 2 or above. Our Filipino engineers are also fluent in English and we have several employees capable in Chinese.

We process our engineers visas for their entry to Japan promptly and smoothly so there will be no bottlenecks to projects that require onsite engagement. We are also well prepared to accommodate Japanese counterparts to stay in the Philippines.
