The ACTION training program is tailored to bridge the knowledge gained from the academe with the actual needs of the global IT industry. Its focus is to develop fresh (or with less than 2 years of IT experience) graduates into AWS engineers who have balanced capability in terms of technical and business skills apart from being proficient in English, Nihongo language is taught to provide enough communication skill to Japanese market.

1. To produce engineers who are capable of developing enterprise business solutions and embedded systems using emerging technologies, software engineering and project management principles.
   - Pass the internal PhilNITS exam (criteria = 85%) and the actual PhilNITS exam (criteria = 75%)
   - AWS skill level 2 compliance in Technology subjects
2. To produce responsible professional engineers who understand Japanese business practices and can conduct software development projects either with Japanese clients in Japanese language or in other languages.
   - Pass Japanese (JLPT) Level 3 internal exam (criteria = 60%)
   - Minimum of 90% attendance to Business Basics Courses w/o late appearance
