Advanced World Systems Inc., inline with their vision of creating a community of well-rounded engineers in different fields of interests apart from work, encourages the employees to join clubs. These are company sponsored special interest groups ranging from talent-showcasing to sports-related activities.

These clubs will give the employees the opportunity to develop camaraderie among each other and in that same context, be able to develop a better working environment. For that purpose, in every fiscal year, the company allows the employees to create or change clubs to give them the freedom to find their best field of interest. Every employee has the opportunity to join up to four different company approved clubs.

Some of these company approved clubs are the following:

Multimedia/ Photography Club
Provides a venue for the employees to enhance their talents in multimedia and photography skills. Members often tackles on the basic and advanced techniques in this area.

Cooking Club
The Club is organized to help the employees show off their great talent in cooking. Members are mostly renowned as good cooks but still want to venture new techniques in the field of kitchen.

Music Club
Can you sing and rock the stage? Then Music Club is for you. A Club that gives the company's events melody and harmony of the colors of music. Activities are mostly gigs and fun nights of singing.

Dance and Fitness Club
In support of a healthy lifstyle, Dance and Fitness Club helps the employees to sweat out and relax after a stressful week of working. Activities includes yoga, zumba, and other dancing activities.

Runner's Club
A Club that promotes running is best for your health. Activities of Runners' Club includes participating in any fun run organized by the community or other private establishments.

Arts Club
The Club that produces the next renowned painter of all time. The Arts Club are composed of talented and creative members that helps in showing their talents in different field of arts it maybe sketching, painting, etc.

Balls and Rackets Club
It is composed of sports-related activities that uses "ball and rackets." Tennis , badminton, table tennis are some of the sports that belongs in this Club.

Basketball Club
Dribble, pass, shot! The Basketball Club consists of employees that find basketball a great sport. Mostly, male employees are part of this Club.

Football Club
Most members are great fan of FIFA. They enjoy running, kicking and scoring a goal.

Bowling and Billiards Club
Very familiar with Strike, Spare, 8-ball, 9 ball? Bowling and Billiards Club provides activities that let you hit the pins and practices Newton's principle of action reaction.

Swimming Club
Provides members to practice their advanced and basic techniques in swimming. Not just that, it also helps the members to have a great exercise in the water.

Volleyball Club
Volleyball Club encourages members to play drills and practices basic and advanced techniques of the sport.

Martial Arts Club
At most situation, everybody must reserve some self-defense against some unfortunate events. Martial Arts Club offers activities that teaches the proper way of self-defense in basic or in advanced level.

Outdoor Club
Have the heart to venture what Mother Nature really looks like in a closer view. Outdoor Club offers adrenaline junkie mountaineering activities, hiking, biking, travelling to name a few.

Nihongo Fun Club
AWS is basically a Japanese company, and Nihongo skill is a requirement in all the jobs. The Club provides activities to the members to enhance and share their techniques in learning the language very well.

Cyber / Techie Gamers' Club
This Club offers the members to play on cyber games and other hi-tech games. Members are also prone to develop their strategical abilities as well as their decision-making aspects.

L.A.F Club
Are you a sharp shooter? L.A.F Club offers activities in shooting. It maybe gun shooting, archery or any activties that makes sense of shooting.

ABCD Club
It is fun to play with dices, tiles and boards. After working hours, ABCD Club will organize some board games that is surely fun and relieves stress at work.

AWS RAKs Club
Be the reason that someone smiles today. It is what AWS RAKs Club is all about. In every Corporate Social Responsibility activities of AWS, RAKs are the ones being tapped and helps the organization of the event.
