Last February 2, 2015, ISTQB has recognized AWS as one of its gold partners. An organization is considered as a gold partner when it has earned at least 14 certification points and at least 1 advanced level certificate, held by its employees who have been certified by passing any of the ISTQB certification exams (Foundation Level, Advanced Level or Expert Level).

As of date, AWS is the only company in the Philippines included in ISTQB's Partner Program.

With this recognition, AWS increases its visibility locally and internationally, as a company striving for testing professionalism.

Since 2011, AWS has encouraged its employees to take the ISTQB Foundation Level Certification Exam in one of their business units involved with quality assurance and verification for laptop components. In 2014, the initiative has been spread to other development groups who are also doing testing and verification work for other projects.
